We sit between supply: Charge Point Operators (CPOs), Private Hosts and Individuals; and demand: Distribution Partners (DPs); and standardise everything that happens with money around a charging session: pricing, routing, payment capture, revenue sharing, settlement, FX, VAT, and compliance. One integration replaces a tangle of bilateral roaming agreements, PSP setups, and manual reconciliation.

How is NetworkCore different from a roaming hub like Hubject, Gireve or Emobi?

Roaming hubs were built around technical data exchange and access. NetworkCore also manages all technical aspect of a roaming session, but it is built around the money. We enforce public pricing on every session, settle CPOs in T+2, automate VAT and FX, and apply a transparent revenue share by default. Where roaming hubs charge subscription fees and bilateral integration costs, NetworkCore charges only a small per-session network fee. NetworkCore aligns incentives for all participants.

They are legally ring-fenced from NetworkCore's operating capital and not available for investment or lending. Funds move through a regulated settlement stack from driver payment to participant payout, with full audit trail at every stage.

How does cross-border charging work?

A driver from one country can charge at a station in another and pay in their home currency. NetworkCore handles the full technical session, FX conversion at session close, and settles each participant in their preferred currency. No bilateral roaming agreements between countries are required.

OCPI is implemented natively for authentication, session data exchange, and CDR reconciliation. ISO-15118 Plug & Charge is supported via partner certificates for vehicle-level authentication.

Who handles VAT and invoicing?

NetworkCore. We act as appointed agent and payment collector for the CPO, Private Host or Individual, who remains the legal supplier of the charging service (Merchant of Record). We generate end-customer invoices in the CPO's name with the correct local VAT for the charging location and service, plus the commission and revenue-share invoices for the platform participants. Every session produces an immutable evidence pack ready for audit. Where preferred, invoices can be emitted directly by the connected CSMS or CPMS. NetworkCore also integrates with major accounting platforms to automate the full compliance flow.

NetworkCore brings you additional sessions through our network of Distribution Partners: OEM apps, fleet platforms, wallets, neobanks, insurers, and mobility super-apps that already own driver relationships. You keep your existing roaming hubs, your white-label apps, your direct retail flow, and your current partners. NetworkCore stacks on top and adds incremental utilisation to chargers you have already built.

Is NetworkCore a replacement for my roaming hubs or apps?

No. NetworkCore is additive. Your existing roaming connections stay live. Your white-label apps stay live. Your direct customers stay yours. We are not a substitute for any of those channels. We focus on incremental demand, rapid settlement, and pricing sovereignty, not just connectivity. We sit alongside your current stack and bring demand from platforms that are not in your distribution mix today.

Where does the additional demand come from?

From Distribution Partners that own large, captive driver bases but currently have no clean way to embed charging. OEMs, fleet operators, financial platforms, parking and tolling apps, insurers, loyalty programmes, mobility benefits, and public sector mobility interfaces. Their users already charge somewhere. Through NetworkCore, those sessions land at your chargers.

Do I lose pricing control?

No. Your public tariff is enforced on every session routed through NetworkCore. The price visible at the charger is the price the driver is billed. We transmit your price. We do not change it. You can update tariffs dynamically and they apply immediately.

Are there fees, subscriptions, or minimums?

No sign-up fees. No monthly fees. No SaaS. No exit fees. NetworkCore charges only a small per-session network fee, and only on the incremental sessions we route to you. If we bring you no new sessions, you pay nothing.

Is there exclusivity?

No. You remain fully independent. NetworkCore does not require category exclusivity or volume commitments. You can deselect any Distribution Partner at any time without affecting your other relationships on the network.

What is required technically, and how long does integration take?

A functioning OCPI endpoint and tariff configuration. That is the full technical prerequisite. If your endpoint is ready, you are operational within hours. Commercial onboarding takes minutes.

How quickly do I get paid? Does this complicate my finances?

T+2 in your preferred currency. A session that closes on Monday settles in your bank on Wednesday. NetworkCore handles VAT invoicing, FX, reconciliation, and dispute management on the sessions we route. Your existing settlement flows from other channels are untouched.

Can I negotiate special terms with specific Distribution Partners?

Yes. The commercial layer is programmable. You can offer negotiated discounts to specific DPs on top of your public dynamic price, or agree bespoke arrangements with strategic partners. The discount flows through to the driver while public price remains the base tariff. None of this affects your other relationships on the network.

A Distribution Partner is any platform that already owns a driver relationship and chooses to embed EV charging as a native service inside it. OEM apps, fleet platforms, wallets, neobanks, insurers, parking apps, super-apps, loyalty programmes, mobility benefits, and public sector mobility interfaces all qualify. If your users charge EVs today, they can do it inside your product tomorrow.

A transparent per-session revenue share, paid automatically on every session routed through your platform. There is no subscription mark-up, no bilateral roaming contract, and no margin to defend. As your driver base grows, so does the revenue line, with zero marginal operational cost.

No. NetworkCore connects your platform to thousands of chargers through one integration. You bring drivers; we handle everything between the plug and the bank account, including session management, settlement, invoicing, FX, VAT, and compliance.

How do drivers see this in my app? Is it my brand?

Yours. The charging experience lives inside your platform with your interface, your brand, and your transaction. NetworkCore is invisible to the driver. The driver pays the public CPO tariff with no markup and no spread, which preserves the trust your platform has built.

A single API integration. NetworkCore exposes a complete OCPI-native interface with mapping, filtering, session control, and reporting. We also offer a pre-built front-end module if you prefer not to design the charging UI yourself. Most launches are operational within weeks.

What is a Private Host?

A Private Host is any business that owns one or more EV chargers as a secondary part of its operations: hotels, retail centres, offices, parking operators, hospitals, universities, fleet depots, mixed-use developments. The chargers exist to serve guests, customers, tenants or employees, but most of the time they sit idle. NetworkCore turns that idle capacity into incremental revenue without changing how the chargers operate today.

How is this different from being a CPO?

Operationally, almost nothing changes. Your hardware stays. Your CPMS stays. Your direct retail flow stays. NetworkCore runs alongside as an additive demand channel and routes paying drivers from OEM apps, fleet platforms, wallets, and other Distribution Partners to your existing plugs. We settle on the same infrastructure as CPOs, with the same protections.

How much can I earn? What is the fee model?

You earn the public price set for your chargers, minus a small network fee that applies only to incremental sessions NetworkCore routes to you. There are no setup and no monthly fees.

What happens to my existing direct customers?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. NetworkCore only earns on incremental sessions we route to you. Drivers already using your direct flow remain yours. We do not market to, capture, or compete for customers you already have. The No Cannibalisation Guarantee is built into the model.

Do I need to switch hardware or CPMS?

Accepted Answer

No. NetworkCore is hardware-neutral and CPMS-agnostic. Your existing setup connects to NetworkCore via OCPI. We never ask you to switch vendors.

How long does setup take?

Connection typically takes hours rather than days, provided your CPMS exposes an OCPI endpoint. Once connected, your sites appear in the Distribution Partner network and start receiving routed drivers.

What if NetworkCore brings me no incremental sessions?

You pay nothing. The Net Demand Guarantee adds a further layer: if your incremental sessions do not increase within 90 days of activation, the network fee is waived for the next 90 days. The downside is mathematically zero.

NetworkCore. Every session generates the appropriate end-customer invoice with correct local VAT, an audit-ready evidence pack, and automated dispute management. You receive a clean settlement report.

Can I exit anytime?

Yes. Thirty days' notice. Your existing setup stays exactly as it was. Switching us off does not change your operations or your direct retail flow.
